Makes my blood boil!! We have liberated Iraq and they owe us bug bucks for doing so. But the ingrates probably won't pay us, so why don't we demand they pay us in oil? They sit on probably 25% of all the oil in the region. Giving us access to that reserve would drop our cost for a gallon of gas to less than a dollar!!
